We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Butler Supervisor to lead our team of butlers and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, provide guidance and training to the team, and maintain the highest standards of service.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Supervise and manage the butler team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain service excellence.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
Handle guest requests and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, duties, and guest interactions.
Implement and uphold service standards and operational procedures.
Persyaratan
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong team management and training skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual is a plus.
Proficient with hospitality management software and Microsoft Office.
