We are looking for a motivated Internship HRD to assist our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and administration.

Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding HR matters.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
Persyaratan
Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resource, or a related field.
Previous internship in an office environment is a plus.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
