We are seeking a friendly and professional Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with booking inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth reservation operations. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in hospitality.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel services.
Process bookings efficiently and update records in the reservation system.
Respond to guest inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain records and reports related to reservations.
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Friendly, polite, and professional personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
