Company Conduct Policies : A Complete Guide
A Commitment to Professionalism and Fairness
We believe in fostering a positive and ethical work environment. Our conduct policies and termination procedures are designed to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and with respect.

Termination Procedures
- Notice period : we require a minimum of one month’s notice if you plan to resign. This allows for a smooth transition and ensures that ongoing projects are not disrupted.
- Performance improvements plans : if an employee is underperforming, we will work with them to develop a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). If the employee fails to meet the goals of PIP, termination may be necessary.
- Termination for Cause : in case of serious misconduct, such as theft, harassment, or gross negligence, we may terminate employement without notice.

Termination Procedure
A. Policies and Termination Procedures
- Procedure : Failure to align with company values, does not embody company culture, mission, or vision. Demonstrates a lack of integrity of transparency.
Decision : Termination. - Procedure : Harassment, engages in any form of harassment , including but not limited to : sexual harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
Decision : Termination. - Procedure : Insufficient performance, consistently fails to meet performance expectations. Lacks necessary skills or knowledge. Show a lack of initiative or motivation.
Decision : Performance improvement plan (PIP) consideration for termination if improvement is not achieved. - Procedure : Negative Impact on Team, creates a toxic work environment. Undermines team morale or productivity.
Decision : Counseling or mediation performance improvement plan (PIP) consideration for termination if behavior persists. - Procedure : Violation of company policies, breaches company policies, such as attendant, confidentiality or code of conduct.
Decision : Disciplinary action, including : warning, suspension or termination. - Procedure : Lack of growth mindset, resists learing or development opportunities. Show a lack of adaptability or willingness to change.

B. Employee Termination Process
- Procedure : Intiation of Termination
Sub-Procedure :
– Trigger Event : a performance issue , policy violation, or other or other justifiable reason prompts the termination process.
– Documentation : relevant evidence, such as perfermonce reviews, incident reports, or warnings, is gathered.
– Review : the termination is reviewed by appropriate management levels to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Procedure : Investigation and evaluation
Sub-Procedure :
– Thorough Investigation : a detailed investigation is conducted to gather additional information and verify the evidence.
– Evaluation : the evidence is assessed against company policies, employement contracts, and applicable laws. - Procedure : Notice and Termination Meeting
