Job Description

Djitu Hospitality Solutions is seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive to support our continued growth in the hospitality industry. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strong partnerships with property owners and hospitality stakeholders, and expanding DjituHS’s portfolio of hotels, villas, resorts, and guest houses across Indonesia. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, understands digital revenue solutions, and thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and hospitality partners

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations showcasing DjituHS services and technology

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets

  • Manage leads from initial outreach to contract signing and onboarding handoff

  • Understand client needs and propose the right service solutions (OTA management, PMS, revenue management, digital marketing, etc.)

  • Represent DjituHS at hospitality events, networking sessions, and online industry communities

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth trends and new market segments

  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and seamless onboarding

  • Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance tracking

  • Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate data tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in business development, sales, or hospitality industry

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, OTAs, and property management concepts

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proven track record in achieving sales or acquisition targets

  • Ability to build meaningful client relationships and engage with high-level stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms

  • Based in Bali or willing to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English
