We are seeking a proactive Villa Supervisor for Casa Batu Belig to oversee villa operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will combine leadership skills with a growth mindset and a strong commitment to service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily villa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the villa staff to maintain performance and guest satisfaction.
Ensure villas are maintained to the highest quality and cleanliness standards.
Communicate effectively with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support business strategy experiments and implement process improvements.
Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Requirements
Graduate in Hotel and Hospitality Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Strong leadership skills.
Personality: growth mindset, action-oriented, eager to learn.
Good understanding of business strategy experiments.
Ability to establish a friendly atmosphere while maintaining high guest service and quality standards.
