We are seeking a dedicated Villa Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, order, and overall presentation of villas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest communication when needed.
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting using hospitality management software.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred.
Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual is a plus.
Proficient with hospitality management software and Microsoft Office.
