We are seeking a professional Villa Butler to provide personalized services to our guests and ensure an exceptional stay experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality and demonstrate outstanding attention to detail and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized butler services to villa guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and in-villa requests.
Maintain villa cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience as a butler or in a similar hospitality role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
